Have recently moved into a rental property with Northwood. We needed somewhere close to our sons school and affordable on one wage due to coronavirus, so a little different than we would normally have gone for. The process of agreeing rental was straightforward and quick with a friendly service. I used Northwood Estate Agents for when I moved down to Bristol for work. I was new to the area and I hadn’t rented since university. On top of that I was quite new to many things such as bills etc as at uni I had all this taken care of with my monthly rent. I was nervous at first however the team at Northwood were excellent. They put me at ease immediately and took all the pressure of moving in off me. It was so easy and checking out was just as easy. Would highly recommend using them as I had no troubles whatsoever. I’d like to especially thank Lily and Matt for being so helpful by replying to emails and providing information so quickly. It might seem small and trivial but little things like this go a long way to someone who’s just moved to a new area and is experiencing these new challenges for the first time. I couldn’t thank you enough for the time I had in Bristol.
