Very happy with the efficent work and great customer service. Lily Chapman, the person dealing with our new rental, has been extremely helpful all throughout the process getting forms and documents to us in a timely manner. She was very happy to show us around and make sure things are okay with us. Best estate agent I've had when renting a new property. No waiting around for days to receive anything we need. I would definitely reccomend these guys to anyone looking to rent/buy.

Hannah and the team have made it very easy for me and the wife to become first time land lords. Very helpful, communicative and responsive. I forget we have a flat and tenants most of the time - that's how good Northwood's fully managed service is!
