Everyone at Northwood made it very easy to find the perfect house for our little family. All staff we came into contact with were all very friendly and informative where needed. Our experience with Northwood was nothing other than positive. All aspects of our letting and later sale were handled in a very profesional and prompt manner. I previously wrote a review about Northwood Bristol in a negative way about damage being caused to my property. Since then they have rectified the situation and gone over and above what I expected of them. They listened to my complaint and I have been given my property back in A1 condition. I have now concluded business with them and am relieved it has all been dealt with and I can move on.
