Northwood managed to arrange it for both myself and my partner to get approved and moved in within a couple of days. Despite both of us working very long hours. Lily was particularly helpful. Keeping us up to date and letting us know what the next step was.

Bad! Booked a viewing, turned up with entire family including 3 year old. Stood outside until our booked slot, phoned the agent to see if the agent was on time and they tell us all viewings had been canceled. Post man over hears us and tells us he has seen lots of people waiting outside and then being told its canceled.
