The processes was very easy, we expressed our interest in one of their properties and booked a viewing. Our tour of the house was very pleasant and professional. Once we had decided it was the place for us, they sent us a list all of the things we needed to do to make an acceptable application, because we had all of this information we were able to make everything smooth and quick. We were even able to view a second time. We had been looking to move for over a year going through around 5/6 other companies at one point or another but none of them had the communication skills and organisation to the same standards as Simply Let. Truly the simplest, pleasant move I’ve made all thanks to this team.
We’ve been with Jacky and Simply Let Dorset for a few years now, and have been very pleased with everything they’ve done. Always easy to deal with, proactive, knowledgeable and helpful to both landlords and tenants. The background in retail finance leads to a much greater than normal understanding of the landlord-tenant relationship and factors affecting that. Good network of tradespeople too.

Very highly recommended! After having to move at short notice I searched for so many flats advertised privately and through letting agents around the Poole and Bournemouth area...which became quite daunting, time consuming and tedious!
