I rent my flat through simply let dorset ltd all the ladies that work here are very professional and friendly. it was so easy setting up the tennancy , Jacky and danni made the process so straight forward and stress free . Rachel has always been so helpful when dealing with any repairs that needed doing to the property and has always dealt with them promptly. When i have had emergencies the team have always dealt with them efficiently and effectively . I cant thank them enough.

As a Landlord I have a number of rentals that Jacky and the Team fully manage for me. In the past I have used other agents but swapped to Simply Let because I was confident that the inspections would get completed regularly and any issues identified actioned, which has proven to be the case. They also manage all the maintenance issues, such as the Gas Safety Certs without me having to ever be involved (unless I want to), a real bonus. They are always professional and a real pleasure to deal with.

When I first looked at rental properties I trawled the larger letting agencies, had many appointments but they had no interest in my requirements and I was very aware I was just commission to them. We are currently renting a house from simply let and have lived there for about 5 years now. Moving in was very easy, Jackie was very helpful and handled everything with professionalism. Any maintenance issues are always handled very quickly and efficiently by poppy. It’s nice to rent from an agency that generally care. I would highly recommend renting through simply let.

I highly recommend Simply let, it was a very quick and easy process signing the contract and getting everything sorted ready for us to move into our property, We have never had a problem with Jackie or any of her colleges, all have always been very polite and welcoming when coming to do home inspections, if we have ever had a problem or needing any repairs they are always quick to fix the problem.
