Above and beyond service !I recently purchased my dream family house through Bacon & Co and I can’t thank Scott Taylor at the Broadwater, Worthing Branch enough for the way he handled our purchase right through to the most stressful days of exchange and completion. I sold my house through King & Chasemore and I was initially disappointed with the lack of communication\/updates from them with regard to the progression of our sale, until the very end when this improved. However, Bacon & Co were outstanding throughout! Extremely customer focused and so professional. Scott kept me updated on a regular basis with where we were at within our journey and the chain which consisted of 5 properties. He also gave us help with recommendations and removals. I know on the day of completion which didn’t go smoothly, Scott worked tirelessly making calls and keeping everyone updated to ensure the completion happened and showed great empathy during this stressful day.So a huge shout to Scott and thank you again for everything !
