Hayman-Joyce Broadway helped us with the sale of our house in Cheltenham. We picked them because at the very first meeting there was a professional, respectful empathy about them we had not necessarily seen with other estate agents. Meeting with Molly and Dan was absolutely delightful, we took to them immediately and whilst there were other estate agents within just a few hundred yards from our home, they had something different about them - a very personal touch. They took the time to talk with us about our aspirations, our current and future hopes and took a genuine interest in us as people. Where some agencies come armed with a price list and a tape measure, they were more interested in getting to know us and how we wanted the sale to go. This really struck a chord as we knew this would be exactly how they would interact with prospective buyers (and that any experience they had with Hayman-Joyce would be equally as pleasant). Our sale had its complexities (I guess they all do!) but Molly and Dan guided us through every step, listened to us when we were frustrated or concerned and guided us beautifully through what at times was a stressful process. It became such that I actually looked forward to my calls with Molly, she was so lovely to talk with and often chatted longer than we should about things other than the sale. I knew I would miss those chats once we completed so was touched when she checked in from time to time to see how we were doing. I honestly got the feeling they really cared about us..this was not simply a sale for them, they wanted to ensure we were happy. Going through any move is stressful, and at times you question yourself about whether you have made the right choice. I can honestly say, looking back, I would absolutely both use (and wholeheartedly recommend) Hayman-Joyce Broadway. I really don't want to move ever again, but if I did I would pick the phone up to Molly straight away. If you want that personal touch as well as absolute professionalism, can-do attitude and sheer gusto....go with Hayman-Joyce Broadway (you won't regret it).
