Avoid like the plague. Extremely slow at carrying out basic maintenance issues. Not helped by a landlord who isn't bothered either. The property at Mill Vale in Bromley has been a nightmare to rent. We've had the worst mould, and when I was due to give birth (Nov 2017) I really wanted it sorted out. Nothing was done. It got worse, still nothing. Baby is 3 months at this point. Many emails and months later (July 2018) we finally get a response and someone comes out, but after that we heard nothing. We've finally had enough and hand in our notice, now September, and we get a call from the agents advising the landlord will be sending some to deal with the mould at 8am on a Tuesday morning. I kindly ask if they can do after 10am as my husband will be getting ready for work and the baby will still be asleep, so the rep from Your Move Bromley said she will try. I get a call back less than 2 minutes later saying the landlord said no it has to be 8am, as it is a matter of urgency and we basically have no choice in the matter. It is only now a matter of urgency as a photographer will be coming round on Tuesday to take pictures of the property. Such disgusting behaviour from both the landlord and agents. Our landlord has a young child and I'm very sure she would not have let her child live in such conditions. If I could upload the pictures with this review I would! Avoid Your Move and avoid this property.

Dear Lamide and Assad, I hope you're both well. It has come to my attention that you have left a review about the current property you are living in. I take things like this very seriously especially when they have been left under the Bromley Branch. I wanted to let you know that I sympathise deeply with your situation and we will look into rectifying these problems for future tenancies. When we manage a property we have to get the landlords authorisation on every aspect on works. If this is denied we can only advise the landlord in the best way possible, the legalities and what they should do. Unfortunately, landlords do not always take our advice neither do they always carry out works. So our hands are tied to move forward to carry out works on a property we do not own. If you have not been kept up to date on your requests I can only apologies for this and again I will look into making this service better for all.
