I was very impressed with the whole of the Bromsgrove team at Oulsnam they are all professional, knowledgeable, understanding, supportive, non-judgemental, and helpful. They were attentive with open communication and showed patience answering my seemingly never ending questions. They went above and beyond during one viewing by keeping an eye on, and occupying, my young daughter.
