Robert Oulsnam Bromsgrove are 5 stars especially Emma! Emma is absolutely amazing from when we viewed the property all the way up until completion. She kept us in the loop as to progress from start to finish. We think if we ever sell my house (which won't be for a long long time) then we will most definately instruct Oulsnam with no hesitation. Nothing was too much trouble for Emma and always answered our queries promptly and efficiently. Very happy to finally be in our forever home as of Friday. Thank you Emma so much
