Oulsnams Bromgrove - what a team! We were previously with another estate agent who we didn't build a relationship with, who didn't answer the phone and who didn't listen to us. Going on the market with Oulsnams made us feel instantly relieved and we felt we were with an agent that we could trust and rely on. We have been through lots of ups and downs over the past 8 months including our house falling through at the first attempt of selling/buying with being a week away from exchanging. We had to resell through Oulsnams who did everything they could do to sell our house quickly and for us to continue to buy our next forever home (there was only one we wanted!!!). Everyone in the Bromsgrove office knew our situation and fought for us through the very end. Sounds all very dramatic and emotional but we really feel that if it wasn't for Peter, Tim, Tom and Emma it wouldn't have happened and I can't recommend them high enough! If you want an oldskool Estate Agent who cares about you selling your house, who picks up the phone when you or your possible buyer calls - pick them!!
