First class service - thank you We were met at the property by viewing representative Karen Cook. It made a nice change for them to be there before us for once having viewed a lot of properties recently. Karen was very knowledgeable about the house and also about the local area which gave us a lot of confidence. Viewed a house with Sadie from Bromsgrove branch, she was punctual, polite and knowledgable about the property. You would think this was a standard but having viewed a number of properties from various estate agents it’s not. We never felt rushed and Sadie gave a very detailed walk around and was honest when answering questions. Would highly recommend this branch, even if you are a seller, they definitely give a professional service.
