Recently sold our house via Robert Oulsnam and Company and can honestly say they made the stressful process so much easier. From the very start, where Tom explained the whole process, took fabulous photos for the brochure, planned and arranged all the viewings so that we could still work without worry, to then the actual sale process being dealt with by Tim who was very informative and understanding when our onward purchase was delayed etc. Would not hestiate to use again.

Pete and team did a superb job for me on the sale of my house. They achieved asking price, which was significantly higher than other valuations I had from competition in the area. My downward chain became very complicated but I was kept in the loop of the situation throughout with regular updates and advice on how to overcome some hurdles. Pete was excellent as an intemediary with both my buyer and the solicitors involved. Highly reccomend!

Oulsnams Bromgrove - what a team! We were previously with another estate agent who we didn't build a relationship with, who didn't answer the phone and who didn't listen to us. Going on the market with Oulsnams made us feel instantly relieved and we felt we were with an agent that we could trust and rely on. We have been through lots of ups and downs over the past 8 months including our house falling through at the first attempt of selling/buying with being a week away from exchanging. We had to resell through Oulsnams who did everything they could do to sell our house quickly and for us to continue to buy our next forever home (there was only one we wanted!!!). Everyone in the Bromsgrove office knew our situation and fought for us through the very end. Sounds all very dramatic and emotional but we really feel that if it wasn't for Peter, Tim, Tom and Emma it wouldn't have happened and I can't recommend them high enough! If you want an oldskool Estate Agent who cares about you selling your house, who picks up the phone when you or your possible buyer calls - pick them!!
