Ella kept our chain on track
We have just sold our home through Ella and although it was a long drawn-out and stressful business we genuinely believe it would have been infinitely worse without them. All the staff were helpful and friendly and were excellent at returning phone calls, arranging viewings and giving prompt feedback. They were exceptionally proactive at keeping a long and difficult chain on track and when it looked like coming off the rails we felt their sympathy was genuine and their advice absolutely correct. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ella to our friends and we thank them for the many hours they spent on our sale - and on the phone!

Great service, fast sale
We used Ella as we had noticed how many properties in our area displayed Ella Boards. Our property sold within 3 weeks and the staff where friendly, helpful and were even able to recommend a removal company that where excellent

House sale and purchase
We brought and sold through Ella and cannot recommend them highly enough. It was a long and complicated chain and without their professionalism and guidance throughout the whole process it may not have worked out as well as it did. They were definitely the safe pair of hands it needed and we felt reassured and relieved to have such a competent and experienced team behind us.

Handled with care and attention!
We have recently purchased a property through Ella Homes and could not be happier! Our viewings of the property were informative but not pressured and the communication between ourselves and the vendor to agree the sale was handled with care and attention. Ella homes kept us informed at all stages of the process and were able to liaise with the vendor in a speedy and efficient manner to ensure we could complete our move over the Easter weekend, satisfying all parties in the chain. Dealt with in a proffessional and friendly way throughout
The house was vacant and I was kept informed throughout the marketing period of all viewings in advance and all offers received. The valuation advice received was also much appreciated.

THE TEAM THAT MAKES DREAMS COME TRUE
PURCHASED A LOVELY PROPERTY IN HUBBARD CLOSE THROUGH ELLA HOMES SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING FROM VIEWING TO OCCUPYING WITHIN TWO MONTHS. TINA, RACHAEL AND BOB COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL ON WHAT TURNED OUT TO BE A SIX PROPERTY CHAIN. REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR NEW LIFE IN BEAUTIFUL BUCKINGHAM. Great experience
Having not moved for many years I was recommended Ella by friends and colleagues. The team are extremely helpful and professional. Ella guided me through the process and were always available if and when I needed them. Very quickly I built up a great relationship with Bob and Mark would regularly keen in contact to seeing how things were going. Ella are a safe pair of hands to take you through selling your property and I would highly recommend them.

Excellence over a long period
Ella have provided excellent customer service over a long and, through no fault of their own, quite fraught selling process.
