Let's face it, we all have a pretty dim view of estate agents & whilst looking for a property to buy earlier this year I certainly came across my fair share of agents that lived up to their image. A proper agent with a proper service.

I just wanted to send you a note of thanks for your help and professional approach to the sale of my cottage. Having used a previous estate agent to try and sell my property, it was refreshing to have immediate feedback on all viewings and also to have advice and contact at each stage of the sale process. Although I ended up finding a private buyer, I would definitely recommend using Ella Homes to others looking for a professional service. Tina even went the extra mile, by returning to the house whilst I was away one weekend following a viewing to ensure the cat was safely back indoors after he had run out of house – that’s what I call a personal service!
