Great Service received all round

From my first meeting with Mark I felt certain that Ella Homes were the right agency to sell my mothers property. During the process my mother sadly passed away. Mark and the whole team were extremely sympathetic to the situation and were very understanding. It made the whole process a much simpler and ultimately easy process to go through. Knowing that the whole team knew immediately who I was when calling was a fantastic approach to customer service and something I believe Ella Homes pride themselves on as they should.
