Excellent experience

I've had an excellent experience buying a property through Carnaby's despite the purchase itself being quite lengthy due to some unexpected probate issues. The quality of the communication and the effort put in by James Potten and his colleagues to keep things on track was exceptional and he was always willing to go the extra mile with chasing up additional parties to get a current update on outstanding items. This was particularly invaluable to me as I was not permitted to contact the solicitors of other parties directly and it was helpful not to have to rely solely on my solicitor for feedback on the situation. I hope to not be moving for some time. But if and when I do I'm definitely going to be using Carnaby's in the future!
