The Perfect Agents

Carnabys were the Managing Agents for a property that we rented in Burgess Hill for three and a half years. From the initial viewing to the end of the tenancy, the team were professional, friendly, courteous, efficient and most of all they are great people! The worst thing about being a tenant can sometimes be dealing with managing agents, being stung with lots of charges when going through the referencing process to the end of tenancy check out. Carnabys restored any doubt in my mind that there are good managing agents out there! They were always a pleasure to speak to and always had time to talk to you. If you had any problems or queries you knew that they would be dealt with and resolved in a professional manner, or any messages would be responded to straight away. You can feel safe knowing that they are experts in their field, with broad and up to date knowledge of current legislation. If you are a Landlord looking to appoint Agents then from a tenants perspective I couldn't recommend them more! I can only speak from a renting perspective but I'm sure that the Sales team will be on the same great standard. A big thank you to everyone!
