Sale of property

We have dealt with Carnaby's twice in the last 10 years. On both occasions they have been open, honest and transparent with their valuation and sales service. The asking price was achieved as both the agent and we were realistic. Of course we would like to have achieved a higher value, who wouldn't, but you have to be realistic, then you get a buyer. James Potten has been fantastic. We have had to sell a property on behalf of someone else and James has been compassionate and diplomatic at stages of the sale. We would highly recommend James and Carnaby's, they are simply brilliant at what they do. We have had total trust in them at all times.
