A professional team
When it comes to buying or selling one's property, I, like many others I'm sure, approach it with dread. However, I now, thanks to Tina and her team, have a changed outlook, and for the better. Everything in the process of selling was made perfectly clear to me and although, on paper, my house sale was pretty straight forward, I was kept informed every step of the way. When snags did arise, as they always do, Tina and her colleagues always dealt with them promptly and professionally. Never once did I have to chase things myself. I also felt that Carnaby's always had my best interests at heart and I always felt they were on my side. I wouldn't hesitate in using Carnaby's again in the future, should the need arise, and/or recommend them to others.

First Class Letting Agents
Having endured a bad experience with another letting agent, we decided, following a recommendation, to give Carnabys our former family home to rent. All of the staff were friendly & courteous and they managed to secure a new tenant within just a few days. Although we did encounter some issues, nothing was too much for the team and they were quickly resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to other landlords who are looking for a pro-active, professional & friendly agent to act on their behalf. Thank you to Terry, Fi and Tina for all of their efforts to date.

Excellent service
Carnabys estate agents are an excellent team. James Potten the Sales Manager was exceptional. He worked really hard to bring the purchase to completion. I would recommend Carnabys to friends and family, and would certainly use them to sell or rent out a property in the future.

Carnabys made selling our property so easy!
We sold our property with Carnabys and as a first time seller had heard many stories of what a nightmare it can be, Selling with Carnabys was so easy! The staff were so friendly and helpful, no question was too much trouble and they were so proactive in their help even telling us some of the questions we should be asking to keep the process moving. They kept us in the loop at every stage and were realistic about timescales - I wouldn't sell with anyone else now!.

First Class Independent Estate Agent
I recently sold my house in Burgess Hill and am so glad I chose the team at Carnabys to deal with such an important transaction. From the initial valuation, all the way through the sale to the final completion they were professional, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Their communication was first class and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My Carnabys experience
I thought the whole process was relatively straight forward, and the colleagues were very helpful. The only negative comment was that I was called nearly every day about the development and chasing people up. This became extremely tiresome with my full time job, when in fact there was not much I could do to hurry up the process. All aspects of the service were good and the people were very nice.

Awful
The staff are unpleasant and unhelpful. I rented with them for 3 years. I encountered issues with the property which they were unhelpful with.. I ended up paying a lot towards the issues in the property myself until they finally brought a proper contractor in who found it was a building issue and it was finally sorted after about a year. and lots of my own money spent on something not my fault. Some of the staff were rude, patronising and condescending to me. All of the other agencies I have rented from have been much more pleasant and helpful than Carnaby's. I wouldn't recommend as a tenant..
