Fantastic Service - Happy vendor!
I have been extremely impressed with James and the team at Carnabys who have not only sold my flat for me, but also managed it for me over the last couple of years whilst I was renting it out. I would highly recommend James or Carnabys to any friends or family who are looking to sell or rent a property, their commitment in helping and supporting me as a vendor and a landlord has been fantastic from start to finish, with clear and concise communication throughout. The Perfect Agents
Carnabys were the Managing Agents for a property that we rented in Burgess Hill for three and a half years. From the initial viewing to the end of the tenancy, the team were professional, friendly, courteous, efficient and most of all they are great people! The worst thing about being a tenant can sometimes be dealing with managing agents, being stung with lots of charges when going through the referencing process to the end of tenancy check out. Carnabys restored any doubt in my mind that there are good managing agents out there! They were always a pleasure to speak to and always had time to talk to you. If you had any problems or queries you knew that they would be dealt with and resolved in a professional manner, or any messages would be responded to straight away. You can feel safe knowing that they are experts in their field, with broad and up to date knowledge of current legislation. If you are a Landlord looking to appoint Agents then from a tenants perspective I couldn't recommend them more! I can only speak from a renting perspective but I'm sure that the Sales team will be on the same great standard. A big thank you to everyone!

Excellent experience
I've had an excellent experience buying a property through Carnaby's despite the purchase itself being quite lengthy due to some unexpected probate issues. The quality of the communication and the effort put in by James Potten and his colleagues to keep things on track was exceptional and he was always willing to go the extra mile with chasing up additional parties to get a current update on outstanding items. This was particularly invaluable to me as I was not permitted to contact the solicitors of other parties directly and it was helpful not to have to rely solely on my solicitor for feedback on the situation. I hope to not be moving for some time. But if and when I do I'm definitely going to be using Carnaby's in the future!

Best agent & Property management company by far!
I have bought my flat through Carnabys, they kept me informed all the way to a very smooth completion and all the staff are very knowledgeable, good at what they do, also they are now managing two of my property, they keep me updated on everything that requires my attention, they look after my property very well, they are very honest, competent and accurate with information. I am very happy with there honest and genuine service. Well done and thank you team Carnabys

Renting a company, not a house...
Dealt with Carnaby's while looking at renting a house in Hawyards. From initial viewing, through process of arranging agreements, all interactions were very positive, and time was spent to make sure everything is understood and accepted. They have also been very attentive with any issues raised, and schedule checks on the property. Based on previous experiences with other agents, Carnabys are a pleasure to deal with, and I would recommend them to anyone in the market.

Made first house purchasing a dream :)
James was lovely start to finish , incredibly helpful and gave us lots of information and explained things for us in a simple easy to understand way (which we needed!) . He kept us well informed at every step and his estimate of when we were to complete was quite acurate . We received a new house card from James and the team which I feel was a very nice touch! Would definitely recomend to family and friends as the whole process was made as stress free as possible ! Thank you so much James for helping us get our lovely home - the furbabies are already liking it and we are planning to make some cider and juice from the apple tree !

A wonderful team of people
I've had the pleasure of working with the team at Carnabys for a few years, they manage a couple of my rental properties in Burgess Hill. Their communication is clear & concise, they are friendly & approachable and often go above and beyond the required call of duty. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends and other landlords with properties to rent.

We have had face-to-face and telephone dealings with Terry, Fiona, Tina and James and found them to be understanding of our needs, helpful with advice and exactly what we were hoping from an Idependent local business.
