My husband and I would like to thank the whole team for their impeccable service throughout our sale and purchase, especially Tom. From the moment we viewed our new home, he was such a great help and managed to get our previous property up on the market and sold within the first weekend. He was a great support for us during the process, and was happy to answer any and every question I had- and there were many! He ensured everything went as smoothly as possible, dealt with any issues fast and effectively and we couldn't be happier. We would also like to express our gratitude to Elaine who happily let me and my mum sit and wait in the office with her on the day of completion for the keys as we were near the end of our chain and were waiting on solicitors.
