Words cannot express my gratitude to the whole team at CJ Hole, they really 'held my hand' all the way through the sale of my house. From the moment I met Edward Creswick I was very impressed and reassured with his professionalism, market knowledge, transparency and honesty. I had no doubt that my house would sell without any problems. Previously I had commissioned another estate agent and not only was I badly let down by their letting department but was told that I had to reduce the asking price by £50,000!! and/or consider selling it at an auction. So when CJ Hole sold my house at the asking price within four months I was elated to say the least!! A massive thank you to the whole team: Helen, Tom, Matthew and of course Edward, they totally excelled and even post sale they have continued to be extremely helpful. I am recommending them without reservations to my friends and family. So 5 stars?!! it's not enough to deservedly rate them, I will give them the entire Galaxy!!!
