I have been working with Reeds Rains for some time. Regarding the initial set-up and administration we experienced delays in paperwork and replies that were frustrating. The lettings and maintenance teams however have done an excellent job at liaising with the tenants, tradesmen and ourselves. They can be relied on in an emergency which has been reassuring and useful.
