I must say that after a few months living in my rental property which was rented through Reeds Rains, that they are honestly a really good estate agent. I have had several negative experiences in the past when it came to enquiring about properties and getting paperwork done, and even dealing with issues once moved into a house, but so far all I have experienced with Reeds Rains is positive. All I have to do is send a single email to my Reeds Rains rep and within an hour during working hours I have solutions presented to me to help fix whatever the issue is. They are easy to get hold of and they have not given us any issues throughout our time here so far. When the time comes, me and my family are going to be happy to sign another contract with Reeds Rains because we have had nothing but positive experiences, even if we have had any issues to resolve. Phil at Burnley has been my family's rep and he has been very attentive and responsive - thank you for all the support you have given us so far it's greatly appreciated.
