Due to living over 300 miles North I was unable to self manage my rental property in Padiham. I had gone initially with another property manager in Burnley but they were seriously lacking in keeping me informed and didn't return my calls whilst also telling me they were on annual leave. I hadn't signed owt so I came to Reeds Rains. So far I have found the service impeccable. I am out of touch with tradespeople down in Burnley and the property was proving to be an issue which meant more unnecessary stress for me to deal with as live in carer, to a friend. Now, hopefully, I have the worry taken away and don't have the tenant stressing out to me about his issues on the phone or on social media. Phil Simpson and his team have so far been a blessing.
