Easy to communicate with, very quick responses, property checks regularly to check everything is OK n if there's any repairs need to be done,,,,, My boiler broke 1 day n I had a new boiler fitted the next day, engineers they sent were very friendly, plus tidied up after themselves, x

Arranged a few viewings and they were very helpful. Dawn at the office is easy to chat to and polite (I’ve spoken to quite a few snooty agents the last 6 months whilst looking). Person when we viewed the property was polite and did the best to advise on the property (current restrictions obviously prevent guided tour) however, online 3D tour I did was great prior to viewing property. Would recommend

As a remote landlord, these qualities are absolutely crucial. On the management side, the whole team, and especially Lorna, have been great at keeping me informed and updated throughout the tenancies. On the sales side, a really special mention t for Dawn Stuttard who has pushed a protracted and awkward sale across the line, in spite of many obstacles thrown in our way. Dawn has preservered and pushed and pushed to make sure the sale completed and that I was kept up to date the whole way. I will absolutely be using their services again next time.

From the time-saving virtual viewing following our initial enquiry, to a great example of tenacity and perseverance from Dawn Stuttard through what has been a challenging and complex purchase. Dawn was professional, courteous and went above and beyond to deliver a first class service from start to Finnish. Dawn was the single point of contact for the whole chain and solicitors. She took it upon herself to manage above and below in the chain to push all concerned to meet deadlines. I’ve had feedback from my seller and buyer who agree that Dawn worked tirelessly to beat the stamp duty window but due to issues below the chain out of her control we failed to meet the deadline. Dawn made calls to each and every person in the chain on an almost daily basis and kept us all informed at every step. Even when working from home she was contactable at all times.
