Lisa was amazing, she had all the info needed from the start, she really impressed me as other estate agents I had booked for valuations had tried to add charges on for stuff I already had but I didn’t know it (and neither did they) Lisa had this info with her for the valuation and talked me through what I needed and what I already had, She was honest and genuine with the valuation and had the property sold within a week with lots of viewings and... we got the full asking price.
