Having had my property on the market for several months without selling and poor communication from the current agent I enlisted Reeds Rains instead to sell. Julia came out and advised what she would do differently. My property sold in 3 weeks and the communication especially from Dawn and Elizabeth was second to none. I have just recently taken over a rental property with Reeds Rains, i originally rang up about a different property and spoke to Phil, he explained in more detail about the property I was interested in and we came to a agreement it probably wasn’t suitable for what I needed, and he advised me that there was one he thought would be better suited to me coming up soon and he would contact me when it was ready, he was absolutely brilliant and phoned me back as stated and got me a viewing on the property the following week. The property he suggested for me was perfect and I was lucky enough to picked by the landlord for the property, Phil was always very friendly and professional through out the whole process, he explained everything in detail and made me aware I could contact him with any questions/problems, I needed some documentation from him and he was always straight on with it and got it sorted.
