Hi - yes really very sorry for that, the occupier was due to allow access at the time you had arranged and we were informed at the last moment that they would not be there to let you in. We tried to call you, but no answer - so we sent you a text as soon as we knew. Sadly not something we could foresee and we understand your frustration even if there was nothing we could do about it. Sorry you feel that we deserve a 1 star for that and it really was out of our hands and not a reflection of how we work.
