Simon & Sharon were professional throughout the process. A slow start to getting any interest but a relaunch & new photographs helped. The sale proved difficult caused by our seller but Simon & Sharon managed to keep the chain intact, although touch & go at times completion was achieved.

Good experience selling house , Simon and Ben looked after us well no drama no worries sale went well ,but they also kept us informed and updated on all proceedings . Would be happy to return if needed in future . Job well done !

Great Service
The Burton office and in particular Ben made the whole buying process a breeze. From initial viewing to collecting the keys the whole process was as stress free and easy as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

friendly and personal service
We bought our house from a family who had chosen Newton Fallowell as their agents. From the first phone call they were friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and Simon Shilton became more like a friend (even though we never met). He did research into planning permission for us and kept us up to date every step of the way. We even got a welcome to your new home card when we moved in! Really professional but with a traditional service and attention to detail. Thanks very much x
