We have bought and sold through them several times since 2005 and have always found them to be professional and caring, with the ability to carry on smiling (through gritted teeth sometimes I'm sure) when thjngs get stressful! I havd also usedvthem as Agents for my rental property for many years and John and Ben do a greag job, keeping things ticking over nicely. So it's definitely a 5* from us
