I’ve just bought a house through Newton Fallowell and they were very good indeed. They returned phone calls, helped with any queries, negotiated to get us a good deal, offered a good legal firm (whom we used) and seemed fair despite us buying as opposed to selling.4 Stars because they were actually better in most ways than the company we sold with (Yopa) we really were only better on price and perhaps photography (IMO). Simon, Sharon & Ben do a great job and I would certainly recommend them and consider using them in the future especially if I could haggle on the fees. Many thanks.
i have recently bought a property with them they are very good no issues no pressure of taking mortgage with them they are just flexible and cool minded very happy
Thanks for coming
I've had dealings with the Company twice and I would never recommend them to anyone. The first time I used them, they lied and ( The Branch Manager) told me that the house I wanted was let, after they arranged for us to meet with the Landlord the night before and 4 months later the same house is still on the market. Why not just be truthful? The second time I arranged a viewing of a property, I spoke to the Branch Manager who stated when he returned to his office he would text to confirm the viewing and I requested a call if the property had been let in the mean time. No surprise............no text received, no cancelation, and no contact to let me know that the property had been let before my viewing. I had to wait up after my night shift to call and find our that the property had been let. I am very very disappointed with the service received in both occasions.
Terriball customer service is a joke and getting repairs.maintance done is a no go
Agent left property before letting us view. Can be put down to a miscommunication but zero interest in trying to rebook the viewing. I certainly wouldn’t be happy if that was my home they were trying to sell. Update: the message left asked how the viewing went!
