Martin & Co helped me find my first accommodation when I moved to Bury. They had amazing listings and found the perfect place for me which suited all my needs. Everyone in their team was really helpful and responsive throughout the moving process and were kind to assist me with the registration to the utility services as well. After moving in they have always been very quick to respond to any query I have and resolving any maintenance issue I have come across. Glad to be associated with them.

Tamara impressed us with her knowledge about the property and area. Communication was very good, she responded straight away with answers to additional queries. She copied in all parties with updates and worked with my solicitor to chase and obtain essential paperwork on the sale of my property to progress the sale and purchase to a successful conclusion. Furthermore, she arranged for a member of her team to drop off the keys on completion day as she knew my husband has poor health. In summary, I found Tamara and her team to be very professional, helpful and efficient. Thank you for your excellent service.
