Martin & Co. recently sold a property for me. The marketing was very accurate which I am sure helped them to sell the property quickly. They then managed the sale all the way through to completion keeping me informed all the way. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

After sitting on the market for 3 months with a different estate agent in BSE, I made the decision to move to Martin & Co, a decision I wish I’d have made 3 months sooner. Justine came out to value my property, she was very friendly, easy to talk to, direct but most importantly very knowledgeable and up to date with the property market in BSE. After less than a week on the market I accepted an offer above the asking price. The communication throughout from Justine and Charlotte was excellent, I couldn’t have asked for anymore. I can’t recommend them enough and will certainly be using them in the future, a class above the rest.

Really good experience selling my house with Martin and Co. Not “salesy”, very fair prices, and very responsive throughout the process. When things became quite fraught, as it sometimes can, Charlotte handled things excellently in a calm, friendly and efficient manner at all times. I am very happy to recommend them.

The most important aspects when working with a letting agent is their ability to effectively communicate with the landlord and to match the correct tenant with your house. The tenancy was up on our rental so the natural choice was Martin & Co. Ellie was brilliant in finding the perfect USAF tenant. Her skill and tenacity in arranging all the necessary inspections/certifications etc has resulted in just one fallow day between let’s!
