I cannot believe how poor Martin and Co Bury St Edmunds are. I understand during Covid things are slower and staff are stretched however every other estate agent I have dealt with through the pandemic have been working without any change in service. Me and my partner are currently about to complete our sale and become chain free and are keen as mustard to buy a new property and I requested details for 2 different properties through right move, called 4 times twice leaving messages and then twice leaving my details with someone supposed to 'call me back when they have time' to arrange viewings and 3 weeks later and numerous emails to them (without a single reply) I’ve had no contact. Both properties we were interested in on rightmove are marked SSTC (3 weeks later from our initial contact) which is disappointing for us as it would have been nice to at least see the properties but equally not the end of the world as there will be others out there for us to buy. However if you are thinking of selling your house through them, don’t. Bear in mind our position, which they are well aware of from calls and emails, and this is how they treat potential buyers. They won’t come back to us to arrange a viewing on your property. You could be missing out on offers if they're marketing it. Extremely disappointed.
