Having worked with 4 different estate agents over the last 3 months I have to say Martin & Co stand out for being the worst, by an absolute mile. We put a rental offer in and never heard back. We had to call every other day for about 3.5 weeks until they finally told us the property had been sold. Each phone call they promised to keep us in the loop. We would also turn up to their "shop" on the high street and it would be closed even though it was meant to be open. Multiple promises made and I must admit they obviously just didn't care. Would call and leave messages and they would never call back, would ask questions and never get a response. Just poor poor customer service (worst thing is I work in sales myself so I could read between the lines). It might be different if you are looking to buy a property but if you are looking to rent don't bother using them.

The worst experience I have ever had, my first experience in agencies. They were unresponsive at times unless it was to take money from you, unhelpful and it was such a nightmare to get the deposit returned, look elsewhere than this place...

Good properties for sale but massive lack in communication. Very long awaiting time for response, issues with viewing booking. I lost 2 properties because no one replied to me. Have been informed about removing property from the market 10 mins before viewing.

If you want to spend a lot of time and nerves to resolve any issues, then you can use the service of this agency. Since emails are not answered not during the rental process, not after the end of the rental. Be prepared to wait up to 6 months for your deposit to be returned. Terrible attitude towards customers!!!

This was the worst customer service I have ever seen. Failure to comply with the terms of the signed agreement. Completely ignoring incoming emails. Thanks to the agency for the bad experience

Shocking customer service, poor communication, terrible experience with this company. We viewed a property on Friday 19th, made an offer on the property via email to the member of staff that showed us the property that afternoon, have been calling since and he has not bothered to return a single call of ours, even worse we have now gone on to the listing today 23rd and it has been let elsewhere, still no acknowledgment or response of anything from the member of staff there, even his own colleagues didn't understand why he was not returning our calls or communicating with us, very unprofessional. Very disappointed with the service provided by Martin & Co Camberley.
