Anyone looking for a house to rent will know that the rental market is hideous at the moment! We had the added challenge of needing to relocate from one city to another so were unable to attend viewings easily and with an eight month old baby in tow it added a whole other set of challenges! We were so lucky to find Sarah Beedle at Martin & Co who really took her time to help us find a house suitable for our family. Other agencies weren't even taking prospective tenant's details but Sarah went above and beyond to help us. She would take time to call us and check in and remained wonderfully human throughout what can often be quite a cold and transactional process.

Our experience with Eleanor Pettet was nothing short of excellent. She was very communicative throughout the whole process, patiently and promptly answered our questions, and came across as genuinely honest and trustworthy in all our interactions. Thank you, Eleanor! Update: a few months into the rental contract, and we had some minor maintenance issues that’d come up. I rang Martin & Co, got through quickly, and the problems were all fixed within days. They really aren’t just hooking you in with good service from the start. I’m really impressed.
