Anyone looking for a house to rent will know that the rental market is hideous at the moment! We had the added challenge of needing to relocate from one city to another so were unable to attend viewings easily and with an eight month old baby in tow it added a whole other set of challenges! We were so lucky to find Sarah Beedle at Martin & Co who really took her time to help us find a house suitable for our family. Other agencies weren't even taking prospective tenant's details but Sarah went above and beyond to help us. She would take time to call us and check in and remained wonderfully human throughout what can often be quite a cold and transactional process.
