Although we had a time with our landlord at the end of the contract, Emma made sure we were well taken care of and provided amazing support for all 5 of us. She responds quickly and remained professional throughout the whole fiasco. SHe is truly amazing at what she does and represents the company well!

"Washing machine issue" My boyfriend and I are renting an apartment in at Matthews Gardens and recently we started to experience some problems with the washing machine. Any time I'd call, he'd either be there to respond or get back to me. Very grateful I found my new apartment and he was there to assist. Upon moving in, any issues I experienced were resolved quickly and professionally by Amelia. She's been great, friendly and efficient. I couldn't have felt more comfortable in my new home without her kind and helpful responses and actions. Price wise, cheaper admin fees than most companies in Cambridge and all fees have been explained thoroughly. No hidden costs (that I've experienced anyway). Very grateful to have found them.
