A very good, professional and efficient letting agency! This was my first time ever renting a flat with my friend, and Martin & Co were quick to respond and answer questions and clarify any queries. A special thanks to Federica and Amelia who were really kind and responsive when showing us the flat and guiding us really well through the renting process (which I knew little about previously)!

We had a great experience with Martin&Co while searching for a new apartment. Everything went smoothly and without issues, from the initial viewing all the way to our move in. Eleanor (the agent) was friendly and informative, she answered all of our queries, cleared every doubt and provided information about the fees and how the process will go. I cannot comment how responsive they are with property management because in our case the landlord does it directly, but I can definitely recommend them for the letting part.
