First, the visit before signing was a very good experience. Federica took her time answering my questions, was very smiling and professional. That was maybe my 12th visit, and after the other ones with which you feel like a number and have to make the visit quickly, with Martin & Co, I was called by my name and had enough time to view the property. Then, until signing the contract, Federica was always responsive. I'm new in the UK, so I had many questions several times. She made me feel comfortable and confident. Good communication, efficient service, everything went well!

After having some awful experiences with other agents in the area, we had booked a viewing with Martin and co and expected more of the same. However, we were very pleasantly surprised at the professionalism, compassion and swiftness of the service. We’d been having one of the toughest times of our lives looking for somewhere to live and the team at Martin and co took us on board and solved all of our problems in less than two weeks. We could not be any more grateful, more pleased or more likely to recommend these folks to anyone looking for an estate agent. The service is amazing. I tried to rent a property, Federica helped me a lot and keeped me updated. Many thanks for communication via emails and confirmation emails with property details before viewing. Unfortunately landlord didn't select me as a tenant, but anyway the process and organisation are really great.

A positive experience

We received excellent service from Federica at Martin & Co in Cambridge, right from her initial response to our request for a house to a let, through to the preparation of contracts and arrangements for access to the property. She understood our needs and the time pressures that we were under, yet also exerted no pressure during times of uncertainty that invariably arise during property transactions and moves. Always polite and courteous and when a problem arose she and her colleagues were happy to help sort out. A positive experience all round so far.

My housemates and I receive professional and satisfying service from Martin and Co in Cambridge. It was a hard process for us as students to find a house but Martin & co were great and very helpful, thanks to Eleanor who helped us through the whole process that went very smoothly. Definitely recommend if you're a student looking for accommodation in Cambridge.
