My boyfriend and I are renting an apartment in at Matthews Gardens and recently we started to experience some problems with the washing machine. We contacted the agency to let the know and the agent in charge to deal with it was Amelia Perez. She was not only very professional and quick dealing with the issue, but also, very kind, super helpful and understanding. And because her professionalism, our problem was resolved in only few days.
