Martin & Co Cambridge - My Fantastic Experience

I commissioned Martin & Co Cambridge to find a suitable tenant for my city centre property and have been extremely impressed by the service I received and the tenant they have secured for me. The process has been seamless, swift and incredibly thorough. This is my first venture into being a landlord so I really did need hand-holding and a lot of questions answering which to some may well have been painful but absolutely every query, no matter who I directed it to at Martin & Co Cambridge, was handled with patience and answered very thoroughly. I had no idea the amount of detail a letting agent would go into when trying to find the perfect match. It was not only the service I received from Martin & Co that I was impressed by but also those that Martin & Co recommended such as the cleaners, the inventory company, the maintenance people etc. Martin & Co Cambridge have clearly vetted their contractors very well and surrounded themselves with very competent people which has made this process completely stress-free. I don't normally feel compelled to write reviews but this feels like the very least I could do considering the service I received and I would have absolutely no concerns with recommending Martin & Co Cambridge to anyone looking for a very professional service when looking to rent their property or, from what my tenant has told me, when looking for a agent to find the perfect property to rent.
