Very pleased with Martin & Co so far. What distinguishes them from other agents is that they make you feel like a human and not like a cash machine. Eleanor Pettet was our agent and she was very professional and friendly, mediating our discussions with our landlord and ensuring we have all we need, even working outside of office hours to reply to us! We are still in the early days of our tenancy but so far Eleanor and the agency are superb.
