Aleksandra Sawa from Martin & Co (Cambridge branch) was great throughout myself and my partner's process of finding a flat in Cambridge. I would 100% recommend her to anyone trying to find a flat in the area. She was always clear in communication, polite and willing to help answer any of our questions either on the phone or by email, and even gifted us a gift box of drinks and snacks when we picked up the keys for our new flat! The only issue we had throughout the process was a bit of an extended wait (a week or so) between paying our holding deposit and receiving the full contract to sign. However this was resolved quickly after a phone call to Aleksandra. Thanks Aleksandra for all your help!
