We gave them the keys to our property to let in June. Despite a number of attempts to contact the agent. He never returned my or my partners call. Claiming they were extremely busy during covid. Lost at least 2-3 months of rent on a property. When we finally decided to call it a day and requested our key back. The agent called back in 5 mins total fake and unprofessional. Avoid!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
