Eleanor was excellent. I rearranged several times because of travel disruptions, but in the end my wife and I visited the property and loved it. It is here that Eleanor excellened. She negotiated with the landlord, called when she said she was going to call and emailed when she said she would. She was reliable and entirely pleasant. I find estate agents intolerable, but if only more people like Eleanor join the industry, there is hope for what is otherwise no more than a necessary evil.
