I've received excellent service from the staff at Martin & Co. Waisum was helpful, informative and friendly. Any questions I had and all the emails I sent were all responded to and answered. Any time I'd call, he'd either be there to respond or get back to me. Very grateful I found my new apartment and he was there to assist. Upon moving in, any issues I experienced were resolved quickly and professionally by Amelia. She's been great, friendly and efficient. I couldn't have felt more comfortable in my new home without her kind and helpful responses and actions. Price wise, cheaper admin fees than most companies in Cambridge and all fees have been explained thoroughly. No hidden costs (that I've experienced anyway). Very grateful to have found them.
